This process is low energy and uses no chemicals in its conversion from starch to the final product. It also reduces waste in the sugar cane industry and is an annually renewable, rapid growing plant.

The salad bowls feel like paper, but are much stronger.

These products are microwaveable, can be refrigerated, water and oil proof, and are shelf stable for up to two years.

What's green about this product? The salad bowl will decompose in 30-90 days if broken into small pieces and supplied the appropriate amount of moisture, oxygen and temperature.
