Let us know your event date during check out and we will make sure that you receive your order in timely manner. If we fail to deliver on time then we will issue a complete 100% refund. Our approximate processing times are given below so please select an appropriate shipping method.

Shipping FAQ

Our goal is to process, and ship, every order as quickly as possible-- Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow extra 3-7 business days if your item is personalized or custom made.

Shipping days refer to business days only, Mon-Fri and not Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

We ship via UPS and USPS priority mail. We also offer expedited shipping methods like 3 Day Select, 2 Day Select and Next Day Air. Most orders ship from our location in Montgomeryville, PA but some products like personalized favors and edible items are directly shipped from the manufacturer. Therefore, you may receive multiple packages in mail but you will be notified in advance when your order is processed.

Sometimes customers are overcharged for shipping as they select wrong shipping methods, in that case we usually refund and issue a new invoice with refunded charges. So just place your order and we will make sure that you have selected the most cost effective shipping method.

Tracking Information - We will send you a tracking number for packages shipped via USPS and UPS.

We cannot be responsible for packages where delivery has been attempted but not accepted. Refunds will not be issued.

Following shipping rates are applicable only within continental US.

Please note: If your order includes an item that is particularly large, or if you have ordered in large quantities, our shipping rates may vary. In most cases, this will not be a problem, but in the case of a large discrepancy, we will contact you immediately for your approval. We will not charge or process your order further until we receive your approval.

Estimated Delivery Time

After we receive your order, personalized items are shipped within 3- 7 business days depending on the manufacturer. Once the order ships, you should receive your package within 7-10 business days. Please do not forget to let us know your event date during checkout in comments box. Once you let us know your event date, we will make sure that you receive your order in timely manner. Afterall we want your event to be a success.

Non-personalized items are shipped within 1-3 business days, after we receive your order. If the item is on backorder, we will notify you immediately on the same business day. When the item is on backorder, usually it takes us extra one week to get the item back in stock. 

The day your order ships does not count as a time-in-transit day.

For expedited shipping methods, delivery times depends upon the type of service you choose.

3 Day Select - Arrives at the end of the day, 3 business days after the day it ships out. Example: Ships on Tuesday, arrives on Friday. Ships on Friday, arrives on Wednesday and so forth.

2nd Day Air - Arrives 2 business days after the day it ships out. Example: Ships on Monday, arrives on Wednesday. Ships on Friday, arrives on Tuesday and so forth.

Next Day Air - Arrives by the afternoon on the next business day after the day it ships out. Example: Ships on Monday, arrives on Tuesday. Ships on Friday, arrives on Monday and so forth.

What is Green Shipping?

For every order we ship, EcoPartyTime purchases carbon offsets generated by your UPS, FedEx and USPS package shipments and in turn support the development of clean, renewable, wind energy across the United States.

We use GreenShipping.com to help calculate the CO2 emissions from our shipments. Green Shipping purchases carbon offsets from the Bonneville Environmental Foundation (BEF). BEF is a non-profit organization based in Portland, OR, whose mission is to support the development of renewable energy and watershed restoration while empowering people to shrink their carbon footprint.

Only 2% of US electricity is generated from renewable resources. While reduction of global carbon emissions is the goal, BEF Carbon Offsets fund the construction of NEW renewable energy projects in North America which are displacing polluting fossil-fuel generation. BEF renewable sources are certified by Green-e (www.green-e.org), the nation’s leading independent certification and verification program for renewable energy and greenhouse gas emission reduction.

We use recycled materials to package your order. We do not purchase bubble wrap, peanuts, or other non-sustainable packaging materials, but if one of our vendors sends us products wrapped in these materials, we will re-use them rather than seeing them end up in a landfill.
